Touch screen only works with tapping but not moving

Touch screen only works with tapping but not moving

I've only had this for les than a day. I was playing Inside Story until I got soft blocked by the scratch card minigame. I had to go to another save to do it all over again until I got to Bowsers first special move until the problem had presented itself again.

If anyone has a fix for this, please tell me. The coronavirus is making me so damn antsy.

Ok, so I think uninstalling and reinstalling helps this issue. Not a 100% sure, but I've gotten no issues onward.
