non 16:9 screen size screws with default button layout?

So I recently got a new phone, and the difference in screen size (1080x1920 to 1080x2400) means that some buttons are initially set off the screen, such as the R button.
Any way to move it back onto the screen?

Any help would be appreciated.

Load a game, then go to Menu -> Edit Screens and Virtual Pad, Choose a layout.

On the next screen, Tap Menu and tap Edit Controller Layout. You can then move and resize them. When done, make sure you save the layout from the menu either as global or just for that game.

How can I configure a button I can't select?
Let me clarify: the R button is not able to be selected within the region of which the phone displays, so I can't tap on it no matter how hard I try, as I want to play exclusively in portrait 1:1 mode

Oh I see. Are you reusing the layouts from your previous phone with the Drastic folder?

If so, you'll need to enter the controls editor again for portrait mode but instead tap "Default" at the bottom and then hit Apply and save globally.

If that doesn't work then I will ask one of the devs because Drastic DS is known to work fine on 18:9 screens.

Thanks for that, I feel a little stupid now :P
I thought that the drastic layouts were in a location different to the folder, and the layout I started with on the 18:9 screen WAS the default.
Should've checked that bit first, whoops!
