can I download drastic on windows 7 without an emulator I have been using it on android for at least an year now If I can download it from where can I ??

Its only available for Android. For Windows use MelonDS or NO$GBA, its the only way to play DS games on a PC. You can try Drastic in Bluestacks however the speed will probably be slower than using those two emulators.

MelonDS for the most part has now overtaken DeSmuME for compatibility and performance. It is more actively developed too.
