007 golden eye issue

first sorry if i go at wrong sub, as the title say, im on level on the got to climb down ladder, but i got stuck, im on latest version 2.5.0.4 build. this problem is happen on newer build too 2.5.1.3. any fix to continue this game? tia devs and friends
