You guys made a 3DS emulator yet? Or plan to make one someday?

Today I saw this page saying that was a "Drastic 3DS emulator". I think it's a bootleg, but I wanted to know if you guys are working on a 3DS emulator or plan to make one someday, now that there are phones with better hardware, like the Galaxy S8 and the announcement of the S9 is coming soon

there is not even an ios port of drastic yet. also, if there will be a 3ds drastic its gonna appear on the playstore. not some random webpage

Bring it to Exo's attention so he can
DMCA it for trademark infringement.
That or just use the plain old abuse form, which I did as a matter of fact.
EDIT: Looks like Weebly deleted it just recently.

Could always use the Citra 3DS emulator.
But would be good if the guys at Exophase made their own but still Drastic is brilliant.
