A question to Exophase : Is it necessary to force unzipping rom ? I find now the emulator a little bit long to open when i open a 256 Mb game. Does it saves RAM ? or is this used to avoid stutter ? (i still have stutter at the very beginning of a combat in Pokemon white/black with my N4, N7 with or without unzipping games.

When unzipping, it saves to your RAM. Thus the warning that your memory is running low when emulating the higher end games (Pokémon White/Black). I unzip all my ROMs. Normally that sucks up storage space, but since I have a 32GB SD card and plenty of backup 16GB', I'm okay ^_^

I do not have any trouble of RAM with my devices. So from my opinion, such functionnality is a drawback.

There's an option to turn off the unzipping so you can use the old behavior.

It works like this because the low RAM warning is unreliable. Got too many reports from people getting crashes because they didn't have enough RAM.
