Help with Extracting

I just downloaded the full/paid version of Drastic and downloaded a rom for pokemon white 2 (Pokemon White Version 2 (DSi Enhanced)(U)(frieNDS) ROM)
When trying to start it in Drastic it prompted me to extract the nds file. I downloaded winrar and opened the zip to find the .nds file. I have absolutely no idea what to do now. It seems no matter what I do I can't move the nds file. I can't find it on Drastic. I've looked yo every walk through on Extracting on Android and everyone simply says " just extract the file" what do I do with the nds file? I understand I need to move it to the file that Drastic looks in for games but I can't see how to do that. Help please
