Wifi being turned on will cause a drain, with the scanning frequency(how often it does it not 2.4 vs 5GHz) set by the manufacturer or rom author having a determination of how much. Bluetooth is also variable depending on type and other things but it is the least of the bunch generally. 3G and especially low singal quality 3G will murder a battery faster then Norman Bates at a shower convention.
