My mobile is Note 3 and this game cannot run in a full speed occasionally. Also the graphic problem of the summon appear in the battle scene. Will this game be improved in the future version of drastic?

It's caused by frameskip. If your phone can't run it without frameskip then there isn't much that can be done, unless you want to disable frameskip and deal with slower speeds.
