New version, maybe?

I know that i'm supposed to wait but it's been like forever since the last update, how long will the developers make us wait for the next update? I mean, no offense, if they stop support the app just say the word. Patience is not one of my good quality. :/

Very soon now. I have some time to work on it now so at the very least the next beta should be out this week or next week. And I just want people to test the beta for a few days to make sure nothing's very wrong with it, before releasing the real next version.

New beta is out. It has edge marking (can be disabled with an option), custom cheat support, and a few fixes and things like that. We'll let people use it for a few days before releasing the proper next version.

I would add a toast saying when the cheat entered is invalid. Also, when I try to edit an existing custom cheat, I can't select any text boxes.

They can't be edited. I can tell you the format of the text file it's stored in if you want, that's human editable...

Cheat format looks easy enough. Just kind of misleading when it says 'edit cheat' at the top. Any reason you don't make cheats editable after they're added? It's little tedious for "Change item in slot 1" codes that you will likely be changing often. I don't suppose it would be possible to group custom into "folders" either? Because the existing cheats in usrcheat.dat have that, and it simplifies item-type codes.

I worked on the cheat editor for mupen64plus-ae a bit: https://github.com/mupen64plus-ae/mupen ... ivity.java
