I was playing pokemon diamond and remembered you can only catch a pokemon (drifloon) on a friday. Today is friday but the pokemon isn't appearing. Does the emulator inclock timer thing synch with my phone?

Open the game. Save your progress in the game. Then open the drastic menu and near the top there's an option that says reset game. It will then essentially turn the Ds off and back on and start at the main menu with the system time reset.
Obviously do this on a Friday. But the next time you stop or anytime you pause using drastic, the in game time stops and starts next time you play. So if you want the game to be true to time, so to speak, you should save the game and reset it each time you start.
