Nope. They just put that there because they got tired of people sending them e-mail asking about multiplayer.

Hey so I know these posts are a little old, but I was wondering if anyone has seen this guy's log on the NDS's WIFI, and the transferring process to a computer. I know it's not mobile, but there might be a few tid-bits to help here's the link:

I know ds multiplayer is complex but i hope it will be added in the future
