Can we get a warning popup before loading save states?

It can be a huge setback or destroy someone's gamefile if they haven't otherwised saved in a while. Given its a single click from the menu I think it's appropriate to give a popup asking to confirm loading a new state.

This already exists and is a setting that can be enabled under General

Ok thanks. I feel it should be on by default tbh.
