I have been playing this game for a while, Right now in the battles with giant bowser, when I use the bowser flames the game breaks, in the first boss if it worked for me, in the second I realized this problem but tried to avoid the use it, but now with the third it is impossible to beat him without this power, someone has happened this and how can I solve it without restarting the game.

When I mean that it breaks, it is literal that the emulator exits the game and you reset it and leaves you in the same part of the last save.

Please someone help, I want to end this game once and for all

Are you using save states or an in-game save?

Save states can cause crashes and its best to make an in-game save and then load that as if it was a real Nintendo DS. That tends to solve the problem.
