pokemon black 2 generation 1 cheats question

hello, so say i used this cheat to summon a poliwag. now would that poliwag be able to evolve or is he just going to level up as the same pokemon? im asking cause i did this and hes at level 21 i think. shouldn't he evolve at 16 like every other pokemon who has 3 evolutions?

Of course the pokemon are still able to be evolved, unless they're equipped with an everstone or you're pressing b while evolution is happening. You can google the pokemon name and easily find the level they're supposed to evolve at if applicable and which this case it is. So to answer your question no the wild pokemon modifier cheats are not hard-coded in anyway to keep the pokemon leveling up as is.

Cheats dont affect evolutions (unless you have no evolve cheat active of course)
