can I download drastic on windows 7 without an emulator I have been using it on android for at least an year now If I can download it from where can I ??

Its only available for Android. For Windows use MelonDS or NO$GBA, its the only way to play DS games on a PC. MelonDS for the most part has now overtaken DeSmuME for compatibility and performance.
