[Help needed]Which netdisk should I use?

Hey , guy ,I need your help.
I have a friend in another country. I want to share something(100m +) with him .
I've tried 4shared but he told me the website didn't allow him to download the file.
And google drive seems to be inconvenient.
Which free net disk should I use?

Zippyshare has been the best one i've used; and its mobile friendly too
I only use 4shared as I made an account ages ago therefore its just easier for me :p

Mobile friendly sounds great.
Be aware that if more than 100mb, zippyshare uses captcha before downloading

Mobile friendly sounds great.
Mediafire and Mega are also quite mobile friendly although Mediafire is the one with the good mobile website and both of them have mobile apps.
