It shouldn't be too long before it gets hacked.. Until then, I probably won't buy the wii u..

Yeah I'd like homebrew on my Wii U before getting one as well, but maybe they'll use the Wii exploits they currently have (That are un-patchable because the exploits are on disk games) to come up with something (Very unlikely though).

I already have SSBB so I can use SmashStack on any Wii I want.

Not all exploits are disc based on the wii, take a look at Letter Bomb.

Did I say that there aren't any software-side ones? The only issue with letterbomb is that it is easily fixable by a software update, which is probably going to be similar to the Wii U's first exploit (Very easily patch-able). My guess is the only reason Nintendo hasn't patched this one yet is because they're not worrying about the Wii anymore.

Though, in order for an Exploit for the Wii U side of the system to be released, they'll just have to poke a stick at everything that moves and hope something happens, which could take a while.

"The exploits are", I didn't specifically mention that there aren't any software-only hacks, I was just referring to the disk-based ones as being un-patch-able.

Shadap.
