Castelia City crash

I am using the nds4ios and whenever i go to Castelia city and enter the street behind the guy that gives you the bike, it crashes. I tried turning off C-Gear but it still didn't work. Please help.

asking assistance. to the op, its not the app. its your phone! go get android, purchase/install drastic and problem fixed!
