I managed to figure out that nasty VisualBasic code. Here is a slightly better java version:

I made the paid version. I ultimately went with $2.99, but depending on the initial sales that could change.

I'm considering adding a few nice features like GBA/NDS ROM Trimming, but we'll see.

I got NMP patches working. For now, until I reach at least 150 or even 200 installs of the paid version, NMP support will be paid only (or you can compile it yourself if you care that much).

NMP took too much effort to be given away freely just yet.
