Re: Can't see Drastic folder on PC and save problem

Can you see the files on your phone with a flie browser? I assume that your phone is connecting to your PC using MTP, which is middling at best. You can also use Airdroid or similar apps (I use Websharing) to browse and transfer them wirelessly and avoid these problems.

Interesting. Is this license check done by Google or you?

Re: Wifi on drastic?

Strict timing requirements means online is out, but maybe bluetooth can reach it. Dunno how low it can get, and if it's worth over Wi-Fi in regards to power usage.

AFAIK there's no documentation outside the code, which brings license woes.

Had two licence errors (3244) while commuting. Reverted.

Re: DraStic r2.5.0.4a test alpha

Nexus 4 on Android 4.4.4 with custom DPI. I'm fiddling with rotation, along more, with Xposed module App Settings.

Clean install worked. Restored the folder and aside from some configs everything is back.

Re: DraStic r2.5.0.4a test alpha

Dpad and menu button gone after update. Need to kill the app due to no menu, can't change layout (portrait) and forcing rotation freezes the app until it goes back to a portrait.

Old bugs, if nothing changed: irregular locks while exiting and waking up, fixed only by killing the app or rebooting ...

Re: The state of DraStic and its future

An open beta would reach pretty far I guess, so if there's some tools like "the app crashed! send a log to abc@xyz." maybe it would ease out debugging. You could even add some tracking and make a nice graphic of how many logs are from Pokémon!

Also, licence hell aside, open sourcing it might allow ...

Re: E3 2017 Discussion- What are you excited for?

Cool games with I won't play mostly, but nonetheless cool games.

DBZxd looks dope and if it realizes half of it's potential it will become a mainstay. Anthem looks pretty af at least. Mario & Rabbids blindsided the world XD. Nintendo's Yoshi and Kirby doesn't bring any new tech, but have gameplay ...

Re: Drastic "VR" mode idea

DraStic probably can render up to xX, it's just power-hungry. DeSmuME's main branch already implemented high-res rendering, along with texture filtering.

That said, it would be at least fun to see how the 2D/3D amalgam that compose several games would behave. Better? On very few games if any, I bet.

Re: Any updates on Lordus' status?

Those who care about licences are not the people breaking it, and if you are looking for revenue the piracy whack-a-mole is the worst way, I think. Actively doing it takes resources, and the nature of the beast means it's a losing battle.

Personally I would do something akin to PPSSPP, but if Exo ...
