Re: Lag on First Person Shooters
To be honest, your soc is very low end and will probably choke a bit on some games. Same thing happened to me with my mediatek mt6592 and dragon quest 4, and even that's a bit more advanced than the soc you have. Cortex a7 cores are not ideal for drastic . Now I've been playing smoothly on a snapdra...

Re: Higher resolution rendering
Dragon Quest IX looks absolutely stunning with the higher resolution. With some kind of texture filtering it could pass for a 3DS game. Runs smooth as butter on my Xiaomi MI3 too.

Re: Higher resolution rendering
Yeah you only need to sign up for the beta with the google account you used to buy drastic. Then the beta version updates will become available on the play store instead of the stable version.

Re: Higher resolution rendering
Just tried it myself. Tried Nostalgia and Mario Kart. I have to say, not only do the games look much sharper, they seem to run smoother as well? I don't know what kind of voodoo magic you guys have used but it worked wonders. Amazing job! Thanks

Re: Jrpg recommendations anyone?
Awesome. @Lordus Played a bit of Nostalgia just to try it out and I really liked everything about it. Reminds me of Skies of Arcadia :) Thanks for the awesome recommendation. @Fefo Awesome list. Thanks! :D I've already played some of those, but I'll try out the others. I really liked SMT: Strange Jo...

Jrpg recommendations anyone?
So I've been playing a lot of jrpgs lately and just finished Dragon quest 4 on drastic and dragon quest 8 mobile before that. Still have to play the other 3 ds games but I wanted to play something different before diving into those. So my question is, any must play jrpgs (or wrpgs really) that you g...

Re: What would you like to see next from Exophase and Lordus
Huh is ps2 emulation even possible on ARM right now? I was under the impression that even PCs kinda struggled with it.

Re: What else is Exophase working on?
Pcsx-ReArmed is amazing. I used to play a lot of psx on my old n900 with it. I wish there was a stand-alone app on Android without the need for retroarch because that interface is a bloated mess imo.
