Re: Lua and Memory Access Troubles

CPU should refers to the two processors on the DS and should be "arm7" or "arm9". If in doubt you most likely want to use arm9. If it's to main memory as your access is it shouldn't make a difference though. Size is the width of the memory access, which can be 8, 16, or 32 for 8-bit, 16-bit, or 32-b...

Re: Drastic crashes in newest Android 9 Pie builds

I've got a build ready, it can be downloaded here and sideloaded for testing:

https://drastic-ds.com/DraStic-r2.5.1.0a-93.apk

If possible could one of the people with problems w/Pie please sideload and let me know if it works? If it's good I'm going to push it as a full release ASAP.

Re: Will there be any further optimization of Intel in the future?

It's possible that it'll have x86-64 support eventually (Google is going to require it if x86 is supported at all), and it's possible if it does it'll be slightly faster than current. That's about it I'm afraid.

Re: Drastic's Future

Probably not the most satisfying answers and really late, but: 1) xperia64 and I are working on a release this month, although it'll be fairly minor and include some stuff Android is requiring that unfortunately doesn't translate into anything useful for users 2) Android is requiring 64-bit support ...

Re: Forum down

I'm sorry, there was an issue with the domain registration renewal that I didn't notice on time. I was kind of unavailable over the weekend. Shouldn't be a problem now. The official e-mail was unfortunately a Lordus thing and not something I've been able to take on. I'll try to be more active here t...

Re: When DraStic will get some update ?

There's a beta that's more recent, you should check that out.

I've been really busy with other things but I hope to get back to working on it soon. Although it may be time to open source it if I can't find any time for it.

Re: Emulation General Wiki linked to pirated DraStic

For what it's worth, it doesn't bother me. If people want to find cracked APKs it's a pretty easy google search away. The Emulation General wiki gives a link to the Play store and explains the benefits of buying it, so people can make an informed decision if they want to or not. That's about as much...

With patched ROMs you may need to enable the "ignore gamecard limit" option.

Re: Pokemon Soul Silver glitch/bug

This is happening because of frame skipping. What it means is that your device isn't fast enough to render every frame with high res on, and sometimes this causes extra graphical glitches like in this case. You can turn off frame skipping altogether but it'll mean that you'll get slowdowns instead, ...
