We have identified an issue where the app crashes on certain Intel Chromebooks when loading a game.
We believe to have found a fix which we hope to push out within the next week, so please keep an eye out for it if you are a Chromebook user.

For reference, which exact chromebook? I've gone ahead and ordered one to attempt to fix it, but the more information the better.

Re: Drastic Emulator not loading ROMS
Hi guys, I haven't been able to load roms in the drastic emulator app. I have paid for the app and it has been working previously on the same chromebook i am using and the same roms that were previously working. I have seen from reading the FAQ's that one of the reasons may be that there has been a...

Re: Will Drastic in the future have a DSi ROMs support??
The DSi is very different from a regular DS. It's not just a faster CPU and camera.SONICXGATO wrote: ↑Thu Mar 26, 2020 8:02 pmHello, seriously I love this emulator but I have this question all the time in my head.
I will be a update with the addition of emulate DSi games?

Re: Reproducible crash in FFTA2 romhack
I can reproduce this issue on ARM64, but not x86 (which is a good thing), so I should be able to try to locate what's causing the crash. Any emulation related crash should trigger it. Not sure why its not generating the crash dump, but be sure to see if it happens on the unpatched version indeed. If...

Re: Samsung galaxy s20 5g model
I've have drastic for quite a while in my previous phone which was a s8 and I never had a problem using it. I decided to upgrade to a s20 because that old phone had some serious damages. But when I installed the app and ran some roms it would go black for a second and just kick me out with no crash...

Re: Frame skips when using speed up options
Thank you for the information. Is there a specific reason for that? I don't know how comparable this is, but on the "My Boy !" GBA emulator the fast forwarded game still looks like no Frames are being dropped. On older devices, frameskip was required to see any significant fast forward speed boost,...

Re: Frame skips when using speed up options
Is there a way to turn of Frame skips when using the speed up function? With 100% Speed Pokémon is running perfectly smooth with Frame skips turned off in settings. And the right side of the frame counter always shows 100%. But as soon as I apply the 150% or 200% speed up option Frames get dropped ...
