Actually,both him and me are not the original author,we all use the images found on Google image search,but I'm the first one made skins like those(at least in tieba afaik),and he simply copied my idea and pretended it's his original ...

This pic explains everything,the left one is mine,the right one is OP's,he made his skin right after i showed my 3ds skin screenshot,the one I did not share to anyone.
