I've had the same problem, but for me it goes away if i quit out of drastic and start it up again.

your savestates are located at
sdcard / drastic / savestates
you will find it listed as yourgamename_0.dss
the 0 can also be 1,2,3 or 4
share that file via dropbox or some other file sharing app.

Have you tried running a different rom on your phone?
Maybe AOKP or something . . .?

1 and 3: because cheats.
2: not that i'm aware of.

Time for a bit of bad news.
Your savestate appears to be broken.
Were you using any cheats at the time? Or anything else that altered gameplay in some way?

I hope you made regular in game saves too...or have early save states which you can continue from.

you'll have to upload it (to somewhere, I suggest dropbox or google drive (there's even a handy upload to google drive feature built into the emulator)) and put a link here to the savestate.

When you press Save on the drastic menu, that is saving the game as a savestate.
the savestate files get stored on your sd card.
Use a file manager to go to your files.
Find the Drastic folder, then find the savestates folder.
Inside the savestates folder you'll find yourgamename.dss
the .dss files ...
