Re: Drastic On Retroarch (2020)

Yes there will be a Retroarch core of Drastic. It will release some time this year. I can't give a more specific ETA though.

I am sure that in some older version there was no issue
Its been a known issue ever since the very first version of Drastic DS. Other emulators on PC such as No$GBA and Desmume are also known to have this same issue.

Re: Is there a way to try older versions?

Oh thanks I always renamed bios files with "drastic_bios_arm*.bin" and not "nds_bios_arm*.bin" I tried to load the game "The Sims 3" (I read on the internet that this game is encrypted) and it started only after using original BIOS So, is there no way to try older versions of the emulator? Is not i...

Re: Graphics Glitches in pokemon Heart Gold

I have the same issue in Soul Silver. The issue is still present even without multithreaded 3D and high resolution 3D. http://img111.xooimage.com/files/3/b/b/screenshot_202005..._drastic-5765356.png Its because its an issue with rasterization. Its a feature of the Nintendo DS GPU that is very diffi...

Re: Is there a way to try older versions?

I'd like to try an older version due to curiosity P.S. I dumped BIOS and firmware using an homebrew tool and R4 but BIOS are in *.rom format and not *.bin I renamed all (extension too) and the emulation seemed fine, but i don't know if the files were overwritten with DraStic custom bios Was that th...

Re: Is there a way to try older versions?

Is the reason being because you want to use BIOS files? The latest version can still use the BIOS files if you place them in the Drastic/System folder with the correct names.

Re: Edit Layout on Nvidia Shield TV

With the official Nvidia controller I can edit it and save as long as I don't change the default buttons layout. But If I try to use any other controller or change the buttons setup of the Nvidia controller I won't be able to save the screen layout. Well, at least I have managed to save it :D Drast...

Which settings that's remotely resemble a NDS screen, on a modern smartphone. Do you mean the LCDX1 Shader like on this where you can see the pixels?: https://i.ibb.co/kSHh87k/Screenshot-2020-05-18-23-51-41-85-7d8cb52895150789ce8e0423a0310ecc.png If so, download this zip file and extract the files ...

Re: Drastic for the Recalbox

Is this confirmed or speculation? Just curious, thanks 🙂 Its confirmed from one of the devs on the Drastic Discord Server for both x86 and ARM based systems. When will it be, though? I can't give you an ETA. I can tell you it will be some time this year however. There is still some work left to be ...
