Is drastic ds can be played on nokia x *android device? Is it compatible?

What if your device supports only 2 multi-touch points, is it possible to press 3 buttons at the same time? For example, if your playing New Super Mario Bros. can i press right button while running (pressing B) then jump (pressing A while still pressing B) or in the Dragonball SSW2, pressing 3 ...

I found out in the ZTE Blade III topic that it does support drastic which has a MSM7227A soC and runs fine but I'm doubt about that if it will work with other devices with the same soC such as the Samsung Galaxy Young s6310 model and Xperia E. What do you think?

Does DraStic supports MSM7227A Cortex-A5 Armv7 processor?
