Can anyone tell me some options that will make Drastic utilise less energy ?

So I use Drastic all day long, it really brings me back to the days when I has a DS !
But along with this comes frequent battery recharging -
I keep the audio latency very high, the games I play use no microphone and I have turned of High Res 3D rendering - it works fine !
Will switching to 16 bit rendering make the games less heavy ? Or will the multithreading option do so ?
Your opinions are appreciated :D
Have a nice day !

Generally options that increase performance like multi-threaded rendering would help because it would reduce some load on the CPU, but the amount of battery saved will not be a lot because Drastic itself uses a lot of battery.

I am not sure if this reduces battery life but manual frameskip may also help if you do not mind it.

Some games may not work correctly with multi-threaded rendering.

In that case, disable it. Don't forget to restart the emu once you do that.
OBJECTION!
