Drastic stuck on loading

After 2 weeks of being used it wont get past the loading screen, i only found a old form but that was left unawnsered, hoping i can find any help here? I tried restarting my phone uninstaling and reinstaling and erasing the drastic folder, none of witch has worked, ill post a picure to clairify what loading screen(yes, it is the app store paid version)
