If it helps any, I am getting this issue since today and have had the app for about a year.

Great job with it, it's the only single app that works well with the DS roms, and it does perfectly!!

Seems like a global issue so we'll just wait some days.. I just hope by reinstalling I didn't lose my saves! :D

I am facing the same issue... I purchased Drastic a month back and it was working completely fine and suddenly today it is just stuck on loading screen.
I am on Android 7.0
I tried uninstalling installing the app, clearing all realted data, updating Google play services etc... Nothing is working.
Also tried uncracked apks from other websites they are also stuck on loading... The only apk that worked was of a demo version. So I guess it is a problem from google's side as they are not able to verify the purchase probably.
Also are people on older Android versions also facing this problem ?

For everyone having this issue, please check what version of the Play Store you are using (Play Store -> Settings -> Play Store Version). It seems the recently partially rolled out v10.7.17 and above has broken license verification which may cause Drastic DS to become stuck on the loading screen.

Users not having this issue may still be on v10.6.08.

If this is the case please wait for the next play store update which should fix it. You could also try to downgrade the play store or uninstall updates to the play store as a temporary fix.

The funny thing is, right when Google Play updated, it stopped working for me
Now everything makes more sense.

Thanks. That would do it.

While the issue tracker claims that it would allow LVL apps to be used for free, purchased or not, DraStic is evidently more strict in it's verification.

So yeah, everyone with this issue, try uninstalling updates to Google Play itself, and see if that works.

Anyone knows how to uninstall updates or rollback to a previous version of Google Play store in Android 7.0 ?
Because there is no unistall updates button now there where it used to be in older versions of Android.

Disable the app. In most cases if you disable a system or built-in app, the device will prompt you to roll back to the factory default version to save space. Afterward, enable it again.
