Hello everyone, I'm asking help about Drastic because I installed it to my OnePlus 5T and it keeps crashing while playing (after like 5-10 minutes). I want to precise some things :

1. I have purchased the real, newest version on Google Play (r2.5.0.3a, build 89)
2. I haven't enabled any cheat
3. Multi-Threaded 3D Rendering is NOT enabled
4. I have tried to Uninstall/Reinstall it, it still crashes
5. It crashes while playing any rom (It crashed on Tootuff's world and Nintendogs)
6. Re-loading the savefile without using savestates doesn't help either
7. I have disabled notifications for the app.

and if you want extra information about my smartphone, here it is :

Oneplus 5T A5010 (128GB storage, 8GB RAM)
Android 8.0.0 Oreo
Oxygen OS 5.0.4

I hope it is not my phone that is involved in that. I have emailed the support mail, I still have not gotten any response.

Edit from 3/25: I will try to see if my roms are corrupt or not. (Edit 2: they are not... I'm getting hopeless now...)

I just tried... And it still crashes... :/
Well at least with Nintendogs. I haven't tried with Tootuff's world. gotta try it now

Describe how it crashes.
Does it crash with a message like "Drastic has stopped working" or similiar (Even if appears for less than a second)? Or it just goes to the main menu?

It does both, it says "Drastic has stopped working" then it gets back to main menu...

However when I played it recently it didn't crash for a while... maybe it mysteriously fixed itself or a compatibility issue from the older version corrupted my save and it got fixed by reloading then using a game save. (hence why it crashed once). I only have one thing to say : To be continued...

Sorry for the double post but it just crashed once again. It seems like that it randomly crashes on Nintendogs when you encounter another trainer. Or maybe it is just a coincidence.

I think that last thing you can try is downloading another version of the game, for another contry.

There appears to be a microphone-related crash issue at least on the OnePlus 5T. We are trying to determine if we can mitigate this, or if it is a device problem.

For games that only require blowing into the mic, you should disable the microphone under Settings->Audio.

For other games, we will try to work on a fix.
