Bluetooth Headset Lagging and Stuttering

Is there any workaround for this? or there any fix for this issue?
I like to use sport Bluetooth headset because no wire to my phone. But it Lagging and Stuttering when playing game. PPSSPP has option to bluetooth headset friendly to make the sound good as wired headset.
