How do you lock rotation in landscape mode?

I'm using landscape mode with two screens side by side, but when I'm laying in bed on my side, it toggles to vertical mode and it's very annoying!

How can I make it stay in landscape? I'm either using the two screens side-by-side of the big screen with mini screen next to it

Get a rotation app off the play store, preferrably one with 'Per app rotation' settings, and lock drastic to 'force landscape' mode.
