White screen

Hey guys today I just got a white screen on pokemon white 2. I was playing,I got to sky tower,I start a battle and a white screen appears. It doesn't let me play and I don't know what to do,please help!

Are you using the latest version? And did you buy the game off Google Play?
Also, does this happen with any other DS game?
