Odd behavior on exit

Pressing "Quit" to close the app is always a lucky draw. Here I had clean exits, showing some old app snapshot (maybe Android fault?), entering some loading screen (ROM load?), partial softlocks and full softlocks that block all inputs and need a forced reboot.
Is there reasons and solutions for that?
