PokeGen save file bug

Hello
I have edited my Blaze Black 2.dsv and Heartgold.dsv files with pokegen but Drastic is not reading them, it's opening the old versions with no edits at all, I copied them to my \backup\ folder but when Drastic boots up I see the vanilla in-game saves, any help?
