So everytime i get to the pow moves tutorial the game crashes what do i do.

This is a known bug in Sonic dark brotherhood and unless (until) exo finds a way to resolve it (without breaking a bunch of other games) it remains one of the few games that is unplayable on DraStic and one that you will still need to play on a DS system for the time being.
