Screen Zoomed In after updating

It's difficult to describe so I took screen shots. The only game that works of the three I play is Disegea.
The two that have the issue are PKM Black 2 and SMT Strange Journey. Both worked perfectly before the latest update. And yes, I know the update came out awhile ago, but I don't play these games often, just when the mood hits me.
