Cheats for Yugioh 5ds World Championship 2011

Hello,
Im trying to use the 'All Cards' cheat but nothing seems to be happening. I dont know if i'm not doing something properly or if it just doesnt work. I also enabled the all sleeves and all duel parts cheats as well, same result. Am i supposed to reset the game after enabling or just load a savestate?
