First, thanks for making such good emulator, no problem so far~

Just after upgrading android from 5 to 6, I cannot access the SD card from drastic, always return to internal storage, while my Rom on internal I want to move it to sd card to save internal storage space

Is there any way to use SD card as rom storage on android 6?

Dunno how it is on your device, but in my device there is a folder on /storage which has the contents of my SD card. Maybe it's similar on yours. Mine has Android 7, but the process should be similar.
