Pokemon perfect heart cheats

Hello,

i am playing a rom hack of heart gold called perfect heart (https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showt ... rfect-Soul)
and i wanted to use some cheats, i downloaded a new usrcheat.dat but the cheats don't work, i used r4cce and copied the heart gold (U) version and edited the game ID so it should work but it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me with getting working cheats for this rom edit.

Use the "Custom Cheats" Option Above or Below the Cheat Database menu instead, there you can manually add any cheats you want with the (+) button at the top (just copy and paste in the ones you want)

How did you get it to work for drastic? Did you have to go through your pc? Because when I downloaded the zip straight on to my phone and unzipped it it was just an empty folder when I went to it with drastic. Also sorry if this double posted. My phone freaked out for second.
