lost in blue touch screen function won't work, need help...

the touch screen function in lost in blue doesn't work. Is it a compatibility issue with drastic or is there a problem on the settings?
Update: tried it with another emu and touch screen works fine although the microphone function of the game was set to automatic like when using the pc. Is it possible the problem lies with the game cartridge?
Update: turns out the problem was the multi thread 3d rendering function. I disabled it and now the game runs smoothly. Microphone function works well too.
