Edit the cheats (Edit USRCHEAT.DAT)

This is kinda buggy so dont expect it to open the USRCHEAT.DAT
Exophase can you test this. I had alook for the cheat files that DraStic uses and i found the cheat files, this is for r2.4.0.1a +
The USRCHEAT.DAT is located Internal Storage>Drastic_User>USR.CHEAT.DAT
So now you will be able to edit the cheats but if you cant open it you can leave it or you could copy and paste the USRCHEAT.DAT i left in the folder
