Legend of Zelda spirt tracks crash!!!

Playing spirit tracks haven't had any problems until recently
my save state right before I started them fire temple crashes as soon as I load the game
I have no in game saves and have put quite a few hours into the game and don't wanna loose my progress
Help!!!!
