DS vertical issue

Im in the middle of Bowsers Inside Story and its at the part where Bowser gets huge and it's telling me to flip the ds vertically. Ive been playing around with the options and video settings but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Go to the game menu and select the portrait layout, which is the right-most button in the layout selection bar on the bottom.

I tried, but no luck. I wonder if it's a glitch in the game

What's the problem exactly? I think you just need to select the portrait layout, and then turn your device and hold it in landscape orientation.

Not sure if you're going to be able.to see it but its on portrait setting and i tried turning my phone every which way. But either way it wont let me click on the touch button
