I'm not sure if there is anything I can do regarding this - I have a Batocera Build (Wolfanoz 128gb build) for RP4. The issue I have is up/down on the DPad are backwards when I run any Nintendo DS game using the DraStic emulator. I can manually edit the controls in-game and correct it on the fly - but when I exit a game and re-enter a game it will automatically reset any change to the default.
I have also manually pulled the config file and made this same change when out of game - dropped the edited config file back into the RP4 DraStic config folder, but when I start any game with the DraStic emulator it will automatically overwrite the config change I made everytime.
Does anyone have experience with DraStic on Batocera for Raspberry Pi? Its not a deal-breaker issue - I can always just open the in-game emulator menu and change it on the fly - but it would be nice to fix it and not have to do this.
