Mario and Luigi - Bowser's Inside Story

I'm fighting with the fawful train as big bowser and I save while doing my fire attack (which makes use of the microphone) and I try to reload it but suddenly Drastic just quits and sends me back to the home menu. Now everytime if I try to load the save it will do this. Is there a fix? I don't want to play through everything again :'(

Okay so it suddenly worked again, don't know what I did but hey, I can continue now
