Fire Emblem : Shadow Dragon

Post by onesixnine » Tue Aug 13, 2013 5:42 pm

Hello everybody,

First off i'd like to thank the developer for the awesome emulator, i was having high hopes for DSOID but its been a while since it's last update. Anyways to make it quick i'm currently facing an issue with Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon, after a few turns in that game the rom crashes and i am sent back to the DS main menu. The only setting i played with is that i disabled the sound on the emulator since i prefer to play with music from my phone. Is there anyway to solve this? or will it fix itself in later updates.

my phone is the Samsung Galaxy S3. If you need any other info please ask.

Thank you.

Working fine here (GER Rom).
You could try the newer Fire Emblem and see if the problem also apperas.

You can also try to uncheck multi thread in the options as it seems to kick players randomly

Same here.
The problem was gone after canceled multi-threaded 3D rendering.
But I have another serious problem in this game.
When the move range shows after you focus on any unit on map.
The graphic in move range totally messes up.
You can continue playing but this is rather annoying.

Edit:
Ah, forgot to tell.
The rom is japanse version and my phone is GT9300.

Just posting to confirm the graphic problem. All units slide to the left constantly when the cursor is over any unit. Although it is playable, this glitch is very annoying. This issue is already documented in the compatibility list.
