High speed processing wont turn off

I was playing Heartgold and I enabled the cheat "high speed processing" to do some things a little faster then i disabled it and it kept playing at high speeds. I tried uninstalling and installing again but it gets really annoying because I just wanna run at normal speed. also i disabled cheats and I still have the same problem

I'm sure there is some kind of quick fix and that this isn't a permanent problem.

What type of save are you using? Also some cheats are permanent.

That was a quick save.

And I know it wasn't permanent because I have turned it off and it runs normal again until I enable it again

you could prolly try making an in game save, turn cheats off then load your save. that usually fixes that
